“I lead a team of very talented individuals – dedicated to supporting all the Branches and Operations across the US and Canada. We are involved with deadline-driven projects during onboarding of new lot portfolios and new company acquisitions. I am really proud of our team; but the most rewarding part of my job is grooming and preparing them for other roles within the Company. We are not only team members, we are like family – we look out for and support one another.”
“In my 5th year I told my boss that if I did things right, I’d work myself out of a job in a year or so. He smiled and assured me there would be many new challenges ahead. He was right! I’ve now been with Impark 9 years. With the company’s growth, my department has evolved and changed tremendously and we just get better and busier! I’m incredibly proud of my team and I can’t wait to see what the next 9 years bring.”
“When I first started at Impark I remember thinking: ‘parking is boring. You won’t last more than a year in the Call Centre!’ And now, I’ve just recently celebrated my 16th work anniversary. I oversee the day-to-day operations of our Service Centre, working with a team of talented, caring and hardworking individuals who share the same passions as me – for people, and for innovation. I don’t see myself getting bored of parking anytime soon.”
“Like driving sports cars, the pace of the risk management department can be fast, technical, and challenging. On a daily basis we are dealing with a multitude of complex issues from RFP, lease, and contract reviews to insurances coverage problems, merger & acquisitions, and client development. The need for quick, accurate decisions keeps us on our toes, so we come with our boots on and a desire to contribute to the positive growth of all colleagues around us.”
