Parker Pete Shuttle Services Learning & Development
Impark, along with its wholly owned subsidiary Impark/DLC, has been in the transportation business for over 15 years. Impark acquired Philadelphia-based DLC Parking & Transportation in 2000, as the cornerstone of our Northeast U.S. expansion. DLC, which was formed in 1978, almost exclusively provides hospital campus operations with full parking and transportation services – including valet and shuttle bus operations, as well as the operation of staff, faculty and visitor parking lots and garages. Impark provides a turnkey operation by financing and leasing shuttle buses and training drivers and support staff on behalf of our clients in key North American cities.

Impark has leveraged its experise in the northeastern United States to now provide shuttle operations at many locations throughout North America.  Impark is responsible for transporting thousands of employees and customers from designated points on a daily basis as part of our current contracts, and each is administered with a focus on for delivering the highest possible customer service.

Current operations include hospital and university campus shuttle operations, long-term shuttle routes as well as the Consolidated Car Rental shuttle bus operation at Baltimore-Washington International Airport with twenty-five Compressed Natural Gas (CNG) buses. Impark’s BWI RAC shuttle service has met the expectations of the rental agency consortium, based on Impark’s technical operating strength and its customer service delivery.  Each time a driver carries luggage and smiles at someone while welcoming them to BWI, a customer is won over. Altogether, this high standard of service and operational efficiency of shuttle operations brings great pride to the BWI / Car rental agency consortium. Shuttle service runs twenty-four hours per day, seven days per week.

In addition to operating substantial shuttle operations at Hospitals and Universities in the northeastern U.S., Impark operates other specific shuttle operations such as CruisePark, a long-term parking facility serving cruise ship operations from Vancouver, BC.
