Miami Concord Hotel

Impark has been a vital part of our customer frontline relations and overall parking management at Espirito Santo Plaza, a mixed-use facility which houses a Class-A office building, and the Conrad Miami – a 5-Star hotel and condominium residence, since 2003.

Their contract’s scope of services includes valet operation for the Concord, management of a 980-stall above-ground parking garage and related maintenance. Given the nature of our business as an office tower, luxury hotel and residences, we consider Impark as a key partner in being able to deliver an extremely high level of service to our tenants, owners and guests.

As with any large operation, operational challenges occur from time-to-time, however, I have always been impressed with the speed at which Impark’s management team responds to deal with and provides solutions to these opportunities.

The Westin Calgary has been associated with Impark for over 25 years, and has assisted us with hotel parking operations. To date, we have been very happy with the quality of the services they have provided, particularly the sense of urgency in dealing with concerns and most importantly, guest satisfaction.

There is a great deal of mutual respect between Impark’s management staff and our management group – and we acknowledge that their support staff is always willing to accommodate our requirements.

They installed the Impark wireless system a few years ago and we are very pleased with the system features and its performance to date. We have no more line-ups for check-in / check-out for our guests parking. Most of the impact has been felt at the customer level and it has greatly enhanced guest satisfaction.
