President & CEO
As President & CEO, Ty Stafford is responsible for driving the organization forward and ensuring that corporate values, goals and results are aligned. Ty has over 28 years in the customer service industry with broad cross-functional experience in P&L management, sales, HR, operations and customer service. He has worked with very diverse markets, both upstream and downstream. He spent the prior 17 years at Securitas Security Services as a senior level manager leading a network of 80 field offices and 14,000 employees. He earned a Bachelor’s degree from Lander University and serves on the Board of Directors of Impark. .
President, US Operations
As President, US Operations, Scott Titmus is responsible for all facets of Impark’s business operations in the United States.
Mr. Titmus joined Impark in 2016 as a result of Impark’s acquisition of Republic Parking System. Prior to joining Impark, Mr. Titmus served as Executive Vice President and President of Republic Parking System.
He is currently a member of the International Parking Institute and the National Parking Association.
President, Canadian Operations
As President, Canadian Operations, Gordon Craig oversees the day-to-day business operations and delivery of client services and parking to customers via branch offices and shared services.
In 1998, Mr. Craig joined Impark and since then, has held positions that include District Manager, General Manager of City Collection (a subsidiary of Impark), BC Regional Manager, Eastern Canada Regional Manager, and Corporate Services Manager, handling the company's insurance and surety bonding programs. Mr. Craig has been in the parking industry since 1994.
He is currently a member of BOMA International, the National Association of Industrial and Office Properties, the Canadian Parking Association and the National Parking Association.
Senior Vice President, Finance
As Impark's Senior Vice President, Finance, Brad Yen leads the financial areas of the business, including accounting and financial reporting, planning, forecasting, budgeting, treasury and taxation. Mr. Yen collaborates with the company's CEO and executive team to manage investment decisions and the allocation of capital and resources as part of implementing the company's strategic initiatives.
Mr. Yen joined Impark in 2005 and previously had advised the company for over ten years in many financial aspects. He brings his extensive experience in mergers and acquisitions, financial accounting and taxation and utilizes his expertise to integrate all financial matters appropriately with the operations of the company.
Mr. Yen holds a Bachelor of Commerce degree from the Sauder School of Business at the University of British Columbia and earned his Chartered Accountant designation in 1994.
Senior Vice President, Corporate Development
As Senior Vice President, Corporate Development, Julian Jones is responsible for a variety of corporate projects. Working with key internal stakeholders, Julian initiates strategic direction; developing select initiatives and delivering them to the organization. In addition, Julian is responsible for Impark’s web presence, various online and e-commerce projects, as well as media relations and other external communications.
Since joining Impark in 1992, Mr. Jones has held several positions at both the executive level and in operations, including Senior Vice President, Business Development, General Manager, and Vice President, Western Region. Prior to Impark, Mr. Jones spent a year in property management in Canada and five years in real estate sales in the U.K.
A member of the Board of Directors of the National Parking Association, Mr. Jones holds a Batchelor’s degree in Architecture from the University of Dundee, Scotland, and a Post-Graduate Diploma, Business Studies from The London School of Economics.
Chief Information Officer
As Chief Information Officer, Milan Zivkovic is responsible for the strategy, planning, development and deployment of technology solutions - which include support services, project delivery, and management of information technology infrastructure. In this role, Mr. Zivkovic leads Impark's strategic technology plans, IT security, and standards initiatives to enhance the organization's position as a technology leader in the North American parking industry.
Mr. Zivkovic has also been appointed as the Privacy Officer for Impark. In this role, he is responsible for the development, implementation and management of Impark's information privacy framework and privacy management plan. Mr. Zivkovic brings 16 years of comprehensive, executive experience in advanced information technology management to the company. His expertise includes strategy development, implementation and integration of systems, management of technology portfolios and on-going support of business applications, with full operating and capital budget accountability.
Mr. Zivkovic has earned a solid reputation among colleagues and customers alike as an executive with a rare balance of strategic insight, operational expertise, hands-on technological and financial skills, and sales and marketing savvy.
Stephen M.G. Richards
General Counsel and Sr. Vice President
As Impark’s Senior Vice President and General Counsel, Stephen Richards oversees all Impark legal activities, leads various Impark back office initiatives and plays a key role with several Impark strategic objectives including corporate development and acquisitions.
Mr. Richards joins Impark following his tenure with Intrawest ULC. There, he was responsible for all of the organization's legal services, corporate governance, risk management.
Mr. Richards received a BA and LLB from the University of British Columbia.
Vice President, Human Resources
As Vice President, Human Resources, TJ Schmaltz is responsible for all human resources and payroll functions for Impark in Canada and the United States. This includes supporting the organization’s various branches in all aspects of recruitment and selection; leave, compensation and benefit management; labour and employee relations; collective bargaining; training and development; health and safety; statutory compliance; and, payroll administration. Mr. Schmaltz works closely with the Impark’s CEO and executive team to support the organization’s strategic objectives through human resource management best practices.
Mr. Schmaltz joined Impark in 2014 and brings with him extensive human resource management experience working in complex, multi-union, multi-business organizations, including BC’S largest retailer. He has also served as a part-time faculty member for the School of Business at the British Columbia Institute of Technology and with Simon Fraser University. Prior to a career in human resources, Mr. Schmaltz was a practicing labour and employment lawyer.
Mr. Schmaltz holds an LLB and a BCL from McGill University and is a Certified Human Resource Professional (CHRP). He proudly serves as a member of the Board of the Human Resource Management Association and is also a member of the Board for the Ucluelet Aquarium Society.
