When I try to login to my profile it says that another profile already exists with my e-mail address. Should I create new profile with a new e-mail address?

It is important that you do not create more than one profile with Impark. Our Human Resource Department tracks your recruitment and hiring progress within our system (ie. your interview comments, which positions you have applied for, which positions you have been hired, etc). If you apply online with a new profile, the recruiters will assume you are a brand new candidate and all of your previous Impark history could be lost. Click on “forgot password” to have your password emailed to you so you can log into your existing profile.

I’ve applied online, but haven’t heard back. How long does it take for a recruiter to contact candidates?

Our recruiters do their very best to acknowledge each and every successful candidate (a successful candidate is one who has the appropriate skill set and experience for the job). If you apply online to a position and are not contacted, it is likely due to one of the following reasons:

• The recruiter may have hired someone else for the position already or,
• You do not have the appropriate skill set and/or experience necessary for the position.

Please keep applying to positions on our job list that you think are a good fit for your skill set and/or experience.

How will I know if my resume and application has been received?

Within 24 hours, we will send an acknowledgement to the email address you’ve provided to us.

What should I do if I can’t find an opportunity that matches my skills?

If you don’t see a role currently, there’s is a good chance that an opportunity requiring your skills and experience will be available in the future. Check back often as new positions are posted daily or submit a general application.

What is the typical hiring process?

Overall, the assessment process includes a telephone screening by one of our recruiters with qualified candidates for the advertised position. Following that, the most qualified candidates are shortlisted and invited in for an interview; with a recruiter, hiring Manager or both. They will compare your skills and experience with the requirements of the position for which you have applied as well as any other open position. In addition, your information will be maintained in our database for future consideration.
